Where do you put all of your activities at your wedding?!

It's your wedding day!! You've planned all of these amazing activities for your reception. You have an open bar. You have your amazing Dj from Lucky Entertainment. (Shameless Plug) You have an awesome photo booth from Lucky Event Booth. (Another Shameless Plug). You may even have some other very clever wedding activities planned. The question then becomes, where do you put all of these activities. Well as a wedding professional, I suggest putting them all as close together as you can.
I know this might go against your first instinct of what you want for a layout at your wedding reception, but I promise you that you will not regret it. The problem with putting your bar or photo booth or any other activity in a separate room is that you are separating your party. Your guests will be split up and you will have less people in proximity to your dance floor. You are taking away from your party.
The best layouts have the activities as close to the dance floor as possible. That includes your Dj. By putting your Dj close to the dance floor he/she has a better vantage point to see what your guests are enjoying on the floor. It helps them get a feel for your party and allows them to do their job much better.
So remember, when setting your layout for your reception, make sure you keep everything as close to the dance floor as you can to ensure the maximum amount of participation in all activities provided.
I hope this tip helps you at your wedding.
Sincerely
